Amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, Gilani Engineering is now offering a 14 day money back guarantee on all our products. This includes our wide range of electric wheelchairs, manual wheelchairs, mobility equipment, assistive equipment and much more! Gilani Engineering are also registered NDIS providers and can provide the best high quality products for the lowest prices.

This means, that if you decide to buy a product and change your mind within 14 days of your purchase, and you will receive a refund for the product minus a 15% cleaning fee.

This means, that you can try your product before you make your final decision!

If you decide to buy a product and change your mind within 14 days of your purchase, just send back the product and once we receive it and check the product to see if it is in re-sellable condition, we will give you a refund for the product and only minus the cost of the delivery fee and a 15% cleaning fee.

Charges for money back guarantee

There are three charges related to a return. These include:

  1. Delivery Fee 

The delivery fee charge is for the product to be delivered to you. If our lovely sales staff offered you free delivery at the time of sale, this fee would be deducted from your return. If you picked up the product yourself, the delivery charge would not be taken out. For example, if you purchased one of our Lightweight Mobility Scooters. and changed your mind and wanted a refund but you purchased the scooter for $1990 and paid $199 for delivery, the whole $1990 -(cleaning fee) would be refunded to you if you sent the product back to us.

      2. Restocking Fee

The Restocking fee charge is for the product to be disinfected, cleaned and administratively re-introduced back onto our shelves, website and other platforms. As Greater Sydney, NSW and other parts of Australia are being locked down, we hope that the spread of Covid-19 reduces quickly and hopefully diminishes soon. Gilani Engineering work in the healthcare and disability industry and therefore ensure that once you deliver a product to us, we will vigorously disinfect it with medical grade disinfectant prior to selling the product. The cleaning fee is therefore 15% of the price of the product.

The product delivered to us also needs to be carefully inspected by a trained technician to ensure it is perfectly suitable for re-sale. For example, if your product is faulty at all, damaged or worn we cannot give you a refund as it would not be fair for the next person purchasing the product. If you purchased a product for $1990 you will receive the $1691.50 (15% cleaning fee is $298.5).

      3. Pick up Fee

The pick up fee is either charged to you, or you must organise the delivery back to our showroom or, if you prefer us to pick up the product from you, we can organise and pay for the delivery but once it arrives to our showroom, the pick up fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the freight.

What about Exchange?

Stuck between 2 different products and not sure which one to choose from, if you would like to exchange your product, you just return the item in it's original condition and packaging, and choose the other product for your money back guarantee.
