Gilani Engineering provides warranty and support in line with Australian Consumer Law. Customers retain all statutory rights, including guarantees of acceptable quality, fitness for purpose, and correspondence with description.
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, falls, unauthorised modifications, improper installation, operation outside specified limits, environmental exposure, or normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
Product specifications and suitability are assessed based on current manufacturer documentation and applicable standards. Only documentation issued or confirmed by Gilani Engineering is authoritative.
All products are supplied subject to our Terms and Conditions. Disputes are governed by Australian law.
All claims must include clear description of the issue accommodated with valid images and videos for assessment prior to acceptance.
“Fit for purpose” refers to the intended use and performance as stated in the product description, specifications and documentation provided by Gilani Engineering. It does not extend to uses, applications or expectations beyond those expressly described.
Refund request
Change of Mind Returns (Optional Policy)
Gilani Engineering may, at its discretion, offer a change-of-mind return (no refund) on selected Gilani-supplied products only.
Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase or delivery
Product must be unused, in original condition and packaging
Proof of purchase is required
A 20% restocking / administration fee applies
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Approved returns are issued as store credit only
All returns must be approved in writing prior to return. Returned items are inspected before any credit is issued.
Third-party products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Gilani Engineering does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind in situations where a customer finds the product at a lower price elsewhere, believes the product is too expensive after purchase (before or after shipping), orders incorrectly, no longer requires the item, or later decides the product is unsuitable.
Returns for change of mind may only be considered at Gilani Engineering’s sole discretion and must be requested in writing and approved prior to any return being sent.
All remedies are provided strictly in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds & Credits
If a product is eligible for a refund or credit, this will be processed after the item is received and inspected. Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise required by the Australian Consumer Law.
Returned products must be unused, complete, and in original condition and packaging.
Full Refund (ACL – Major Failure)
A full refund will be provided where a product has a major failure and cannot be reasonably repaired or replaced, as required under the Australian Consumer Law.
Customers are encouraged to take photos or videos of any damaged or incorrect product upon delivery and notify us promptly to assist with assessment.
Partial Store Credit (Change of Mind)
A partial store credit may be offered for change-of-mind or incorrect purchase returns, subject to the following:

Vehicle Delivery & Modification Terms
Please deliver your vehicle to 99 Cowpasture Road, Wetherill Park NSW 2164, Australia.
By paying a non-refundable deposit for vehicle or home modifications, the customer acknowledges that the works may permanently alter the original condition of the vehicle or property and may be irreversible.
The customer is responsible for delivering the vehicle in a reasonably clean condition, free from insects, debris, or contaminants. Gilani Engineering reserves the right to refuse service if a vehicle is received in an unsuitable condition. Any additional cleaning or delay costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
All completion timeframes are estimates only and may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
For warranty assessment or repair, the customer is responsible for delivering and collecting the vehicle. Gilani Engineering is not responsible for vehicle hire, transport, or downtime costs during modifications or warranty works.
When a product is eligible for repair, part replacement or full replacement under the warranty, the customer is responsible for booking a delivery and pick up to/from our warehouse including all fees in this regard. Please note that if the product is eligible for full refund, Gilani Engineering will reimburse the shipping cost
