MASS тАФ Medical Aids Subsidy Scheme
Queenslanders who arenтАЩt NDIS participants may be eligible for support through MASS (Medical Aids Subsidy Scheme), a Queensland Government scheme that provides funding for medical aids and equipment тАФ including mobility scooters тАФ for eligible residents with a permanent and stabilised condition or disability. MASS-funded equipment is generally provided on a permanent loan basis, though in some cases ownership may be transferred depending on contribution arrangements. Rehabilitation Appliances Program
Eligible veterans and DVA cardholders may be able to access mobility scooters and related equipment through the Department of VeteransтАЩ Affairs Rehabilitation Appliances Program (RAP). Support at Home
Older Queenslanders who arenтАЩt NDIS participants may be able to access mobility equipment through the Support at Home program.
