Why choose the Configura Comfort Edition?
Not all lift chairs are built for the same level of support. While many recliners focus on basic comfort,
the Configura Comfort Edition is designed for users who require more precise positioning, better transfer assistance,
and a higher standard of seating support.
- Twin motor design for independent backrest and legrest adjustment
- Lift assist function to support safer standing and sitting
- Tilt-in-space positioning to assist with comfort and pressure management
- No shear recline action to help maintain a more stable seated position
- Configurable support options for more individualised seating
- Designed for extended daily use where comfort and support both matter
This makes it a strong choice for users who need more performance and support than a standard recliner can provide.
Who itтАЩs for
The Configura Comfort Edition is best suited to:
- People who need help standing up from a seated position
- Users with reduced mobility or changing support needs
- People who spend longer periods seated and need better comfort management
- Users who require better posture and positioning support
- Home and care environments where ease of use, durability, and flexibility are important
If you are simply looking for a casual recliner for general relaxation, one of our standard recliners may be more suitable.
This model is intended for users who need more advanced support and functionality.
Key features
Twin motor positioning
The twin motor system allows the backrest and legrest to move independently, making it easier to find a position
that suits comfort, circulation, posture, and rest.
Tilt-in-space support
Tilt-in-space functionality helps redistribute pressure and improve comfort for users who spend longer periods seated.
This can be particularly valuable where support and pressure management are a priority.
Lift assist for safer transfers
The powered lift function supports smoother transitions between sitting and standing, helping reduce strain and improving confidence.
No shear recline
The recline action is designed to reduce forward sliding during movement, helping maintain a more stable and supported seated position.
Supportive seating design
Vapour permeable seating surfaces and configurable support options help create a more comfortable and practical seating solution
for users with higher support needs.
Adjustable seat depth
Integrated two-setting seat depth adjustment helps improve fit across different users and supports better comfort over time.

Multiple upholstery options are available, allowing the chair to better suit different spaces and user preferences.
