┬аCantilever Lift with Maximum Stability – Flat platform, specially designed for gas bottles
The┬аGE-LKG.05┬аis a robust cantilever lift, designed for the┬аdistribution┬аof gas bottles. It is equipped with a flat platform to give maximum stability to the gas bottles while lifting/lowering, and is available with various types of safety rails, that allow to secure the bottles in vertical position.
In order to keep the operation as simple as possible, the platform is opened/closed by hand, supported by powerful torsion springs. The reinforced steel platform offers 925 x 1100 mm useful loading space and allows handling multiple bottles during any lift / lowering cycle, up to max. 500 kg safe working load.

FUNCTIONAL & MECHANICAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Flat platform, level ride
- Manual opening and closing of the platform, assisted by powerful torsion springs
- Fixed stabilizer rods, platform orientation is only adjustable during installation
HYDRAULICAL CHARACTERISTICS
- 1 centrally mounted lift cylinder
- Electrical safety valves on all cylinders
- Manual emergency operation on all electro valves
- Cylinder piston rods in hard-chromed stainless steel
- Cylinder(s) equipped with rubber gaiters
- Robust pump unit 12V or 24V DC mounted at the side of the lift frame
ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Easy-to-use UP / DOWN toggle-switch control with sealed IP67-rated contacts
- Electrical controls without sensitive electronic components in basic configuration
- Electric motor with thermal cut-out fuse
FITTING
- Bolt-on mounting plates for quick and easy fitting [OAM010]
- Rectangular rotating bumper bar on the lift arms available as an option [OAF133]
FINISH & MAINTENANCE
- Low-maintenance bearings in all articulation points, plus grease nipples
- Lift frame in hot-dip zinc plated or “galvanized” finish. Best possible protection against corrosion [OAT104].
