The heavy-duty lift GE-LSU.60 is designed for┬аextreme lift capacities┬аfrom 4000 to 6000 kg, and is mainly used for the transport of heavy machinery, forklifts, agricultural tractors, etc тАж
The tilt cylinders can be modified so that the platform can be┬аtilted down in the ramp position┬а[option OAH027]. When equipped with the┬аrace car kit and reinforced foldable ramps [option OAU007тАж], the GE-LSU.60 4000 kg is ideally suited to load and unload cars up to 3000 kg of proper weight.
Hydraulic stabilizing legs are standard on the GE-LSU.60. It is important to have the chassis sufficiently reinforced for the mounting of this type of tail lift.

FITTING
- Weld-on mounting plates, to be reinforced during installation
- Chassis work and fitting details are to be discussed and coordinated prior to placing the order
- Chassis and subframe requirements are to be validated with the vehicle manufacturer
FINISH & MAINTENANCE
- Low-maintenance bearings in all articulation points, plus grease nipples
- Lift frame in Protection PLUS finish (zinc phosphate + KTL epoxy primer + polyester powder top coat)
- Steel platforms to 2000 mm shot blasted and KTL epoxy primed, or in zinc primer at the discretion of Gilani Engineering. Steel platforms > 2000 mm in zinc primer.
